Our programmes have been designed to deliver exceptional health and wellbeing opportunities for school children.

Whether you have pupils who are reluctant to engage in PE lessons and want to improve their relationship with physical activity or would like to improve students’ social relationships and teamwork skills, we have a programme for you.

Primary Leadership (PALS)


Aim: To develop key leadership skills that will support active break and lunch times by giving pupils the skills to organise and lead games and activities

Primary – POWER


Aim: To develop positive health behaviours and improve physical activity levels

Primary – Balanceability


Aim: To support pupils in learning how to ride a bike and do so safely

“Children’s confidence has risen and more children are now riding bikes to school.”

Primary – Skoot Skool


Aim: To support pupils in learning how to ride a scooter and do so safely

“The children loved it and now are wanting to travel to school on their scooters.”

Primary – Fundamental Movement Skills


Aim: To develop the core skills, including locomotor, manipulative and stability, that form the foundation of all physical activity

“The team used lots of different apparatus and resources both indoors and outdoors.”

Primary – Outdoor & Adventurous Activities (OAA)


Aim: To develop problem solving skills through a range of learning experiences that challenge pupils physically, mentally and socially

“It really encourages children to communicate and work together to achieve the objectives.”

Primary – Yoga / mindfulness


Aim: To develop an understanding of mindfulness and body awareness to support pupils connecting their body and mind

“The yoga sessions have calmed and soothed pupils that can often be dysregulated.”

Primary – DADDR


Aim: To develop situational awareness in order to make smart decisions and respond effectively in unfamiliar or challenging situations

“The content covered a range of topics and helped to prepare the children for different situations they may face as they get older.”

Secondary Leadership


Aim: To develop and enhance multi skills, including leadership, safeguarding and first aid

“The delivery was excellent, striking the right balance between practical activities and theory.”

Aim: To develop coping strategies to support emotional regulation
