Apprentices

We established our Apprenticeship Programme in 2017 to recognise the crucial role apprentices can play in inspiring children and young people to be happy, healthy and active.

Since this time, we have supported over 80 apprentices who have progressed into further or higher education, or have gained employment (including within our team).

Employing an LSSP apprentice is a cost-effective way to strengthen your team while shaping future education professionals. Apprentices provide valuable support, ease workloads and bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to school.

With government funding available, it’s an excellent opportunity to invest in staff development whilst benefiting pupils.
