National Physical Activity and Wellbeing Survey on Koboca

To make sure your pupils have an input into our programmes we are asking schools to complete the National Physical Activity and Wellbeing Survey on Koboca.

In around 15 minutes per class, your school can have:

1. Evidence you can use in Ofsted inspections.
2. Data for Sports Premium reporting.
3. Data for School Games Mark.

In addition, your pupils can also help shape programmes we can offer through the sports partnership.

We would really appreciate it if you could get as many classes as possible to complete the survey before October half term. This will allow the partnership to tailor programmes to your school.

To complete the survey please follow the below steps.

1. Login to your Koboca Account and select the MY SURVEY tab.
2. Next to the PRIMARY – PUPIL ACTIVITY & WELL-BEING SURVEY 2023/24 there is a button called COPY LINK. Click this.
3. Paste this link into your pupils shared area.
4. Ask pupils to click on the link and complete the survey.

If you need me to send you your schools unique link please let me know.

There are online tutorial videos from the Athlete Mentor Jenna Downing. Once pupils click on the link, the class teachers can play their year group video below and Jenna will guide the pupils through each question giving them an allocated time to select their answer.
